About the brand
Mellovéa was born from a desire to create desserts that feel as soft, airy, and delicate as they taste. When naming the brand, I wanted a word that carried the texture of marshmallow itself: something light, gentle, and almost cloud-like. A name you can feel.
Hidden inside Mellovéa is also a small secret: the word “love.”
Because love is at the centre of everything we make - from the first whipped swirl to the final detail placed by hand.
Mellovéa is a woman-founded boutique studio in Toronto, creating premium handcrafted marshmallow desserts using natural fruit purees, agar-agar, and small-batch techniques. Every piece is made by hand, shaped with intention, and designed to be more than just a dessert - it is a gift, a feeling, an aesthetic experience.

Founder & Creative Director
My name is Anastassiya, and I’ve always been inspired by flowers. Growing up, I was surrounded by plants, and that love for natural beauty shaped my creativity from a young age. I started my career as a florist, designing arrangements that brought joy and aesthetic pleasure to people.
Over time, my path shifted, and I discovered a new way to combine my love for art and nature: creating desserts as edible art. Now, as the founder of Mellovéa, I craft handcrafted, fruit-based Zephyr desserts that not only taste delightful but also create a joyful, sensory experience for everyone who receives them.
